I'm not able to update firmware via the app. I think i tried every possible way.
That is unfortunate.
Have you tried a restart of the robot?
A restart is made by holding the play/pause button on the UI for 8 seconds until OFF is shown in the display. When the display goes black put the robot in the charger to restart it.

Sorry for the problem. to help us debug the issue, can you send us the log files?
To get the log files, remove the dustbin. On the left side, there is a micro USB port. Connect a computer to that and it will show up as a USB memory stick. Copy the files and send them to [email protected] so we can have a look at them. Please refer to this post in the e-mail.
After you have sent the log files, can you please try updating using USB? Please follow the instructions on https://www.electrolux.se/wellbeing/discover/robot-vacuum-cleaner-purei9/software-update-with-usb-connection/
You find the the update file in the link in step two (steg 2).
Edit: I noticed that the page might be in swedish. But I think you can follow the steps by looking at the pictures.
I tried reboot it and that did the trick!
