As per the title;e, my i9 moves less than a meter before saying "I'm stuck, please move me a little".
Any ideas as to what might be wrong?
I've cleaned the i9 and it's charge base.
It sounds like there is something wrong electronics that detect if the wheel is out or not. I would suggest that you contact service, they should be able to help you getting it fixed.
Just an UPDATE on this to wrap up this question/comment...
I had to send the i9 in for a warranty fix. Both the Left and Right "Driving Units" and "Brush motor assembly" had to be replaced. It was returned to me and now works perfectly, especially with the new 40.17software update!
Is it every time?
What kind of surface is the robot driving on?
Could there be something stuck in the propulsion wheels?
Nothing stuck in the wheels. All parts move freely. brushes and bin are clean
happens every time between say 30 seconds and 2 mins after start.
Driving on hard wood flat floorboards as it has for the past 12 months, and only started doing this afew days ago.
