For the last few months my Purei9 has been cleaning for a few minutes and then it stops and after a few minutes of stopping it says 'I am ready' then I press the start button and it continues with its clean.
I have tried a reset (holding down button for 5 seconds) this did not work. I have read that the vacum needs to be attached to the 2.4G rather than 5G (im not sure which mine is) but I also cannot find instruction on how to take it off line and put it back on.
The other solution I was thinking it might be related to needing a software update. I cannot find how to do this. I have read things that say in the ap but am unable to identify where this may be in the ap.
