Stopping
My i9 has been great until recently. It now just stops “because of an error” but does not say what error. After a few seconds it says “I am ready”, I press start and it goes again for a few more minutes until it stops again. This cycle just keeps on repeating. I have switched off, cleaned, checked our wifi but nothing has helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would appreciate some professional help, the solutions for users (restart, reconnect, clean ect..) have been done.
