We haven’t been able to answer them all, but we have been able to fix problems for many of you and improve the product for everyone as a result of the conversations here. Hi, my i9 has started teh E-42 message and i have tried the forced off as recommended in the book without success. I cant find where you do an software update in the app and it is the electrolux wellbeing app now and not the ipure app in the manual. I also gave it new batteries since i had a new set. The app says there is a problem with the laser. Can my robot be saved?
