My i9 had been charging with code SUPG displaying. The app says that an "Update is in progress" but it's been like that for 5 days. Thanks.

I didn't find out what SUPG means but I did learn that if you hold down the tart button for 7 seconds you can turn her Off. She advises that her upload has been cancelled and turns off. After a couple of minutes she was back on line. Hope this helps.
