Hi, I have an i9.2 robotic cleaner that will run for approximately 5 mins then become “unavailable” after 30 seconds or so it becomes ready for use again but needs to be started again. Any suggestions?
Is the "unavailable" status indicated on the robot or in the app?
The robot will continue cleaning if it loses contact with the app, so if the robot has actually stopped then it has probably suffered some kind of SW error and will reboot.
Make sure it is running the latest SW- today this is version 42.19. If this is the case and the errors persist, then there may be a problem with your robot- contact a service centre.
P.s. are you really a holden freak? the FC is my favourite...
Mine is doing the same thing. It was sent back to electrolux to be fixed, it was updated to version 42.19 but continues to do the same thing. Very frustrating. When it was working I could not fault now I am not so sure if it is worth the money that you pay for it. I only purchase it 13/09/2021
