Unable to connect iPure robotic vacuum cleaner to the new Electrolux wellbeing app

I have been using Electrolux iPure robotic vacuum cleaner for over 2 years now. Its mobile app has recently been updated. I am unable to connect the device to the mobile using the new app.

    Please try to restart the robot to get it talking to our cloud again.

    1. Take the robot out of the charger
    2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button for about 8 seconds
    3. Wait for all lights to turn off.
    4. Put the robot in the charger to restart

    Did that solve the issue?

    Thanks Martin, the above issue was resolved. While using the new app, found it to be with extremely limited functionality and usage.

    The new app can do everything the old app could and a lot more. The navigation is a bit different from before.

    Maps are in the menu in the robot card. More ways in to maps are coming soon. We dont want you to miss it 😉

    Scheduling and tasks are available in the bottom of the app. It has its own tab so that you can schedule all you appliances from the same place.
