More than one app user at a time!

Allow more than ONE user to access and control the robot via the app. At least allow other family members to view activity and get notifications. We love our robot, but my wife almost returned it during setup when we discovered she could not participate once I had set it up with the app on my phone. All my other smart home devices allow multiple users (Nest, Alexa, Google Home, Dlink cameras, etc.)

    Hi George,
Your wife can participate in the driving of the robot.
Let her use the same account as you have with the same credentials. Download the application on her phone and then you log in to the application from her phone. Now you both have access and the same rights to the robot.

Let us know if it works for you

    I have the same problem.
    Please define "credentials".

    Hi Anders J
    Welcome to the community!
With credentials I mean the same mail and password should be used on all devices connecting to the robot.
Im not entirely sure how it works on iPads as the app do function on them but they are not supported.

Let us know how it goes

Do you have any plans on allowing multiple accounts to control one robot?
Right now only one of us gets notifications even when we are both signed in on the same account.

I have the same issue. 2 phones, 1 account and the notifications only go to the last phone added to the account.
