Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues!
What app version do you currently use? (You can see the version number under Profile/settings.
App version 2.5.20779
Yunice14, can you also send me which model you are using and if possible also the Product ID (found on the barcode or in the app in the menu in the robot card)

Thanks for the screenshot. I can see you have an old firmware version of your appliance, the latest one is 41.14. Please use the Purei9 app to upgrade manually.

Yunice14, how did it go after updating the firmware?
You should also be able to do it manually in the Pure i9 app, from Robot settings you can navigate to "Software" and from there upgrade the robot.

The Wellbeing app will eventually replace the old Pure i9 app. The Pure i9 app is still available until we have support for all functionality in the Wellbeing app.
