Problems when the vacuum cleaner has to go home to charge
I just bought a Pure i9.2.
When it learns the location and has to make a map, it needs to go home and charge after a while and then continue. It goes home at low battery level, but when it has settled in the charging station, its entire display starts flashing. Not just the battery symbol.
After a while, the cleaning is interrupted and no map has been created.
The same thing happens all the time.
I have cleaned the connection contacts on both the charging station and the vacuum cleaner.
If it is set in the charger "manually" then there is no problem with charging.
It has software version 41.14
In history it can be seen where it has cleaned. Is there no way to use it as a map to build on?

Hi @ronmel49 ,
It would be interesting to see the logs.
Could you collect them per these instructions and post them here? https://community.purei9.com/discussion/260/collecting-debug-information-for-troubleshooting#latest
Mine is having the exactly same problem, when it goes low on battery during a run it will go to the charging station and start to flash the display
I will try to collect the log files the next time it happens, however it only runs out of battery when running on "Power" mode.
@OzLo809 Here comes the log! Please help!
@FobbanN When the battery level drops during a cleaning, the robot will go back to the charger. It flashes the display as you describe, signaling that it will resume the cleaning after charging. This is the normal behavior. So no need for you to get the logs.
@OzLo809 It never resumes, it's been left for about 2 hours the other times.
I'll try again and let it sit for a longer while.
@FobbanN
I took a quick look at the logs and as far back as I can see, every time that it does into pitstop, the robot losses contact with the charger which cancels the cleaning. This usually happens when the connection contacts on either the robot or the charging station or both, are dirty.
Have you tried cleaning the connection contacts on both the charging station and the vacuum cleaner?
