Hi @Alannah, I've had this once, when the robot "found" a small carpet fringe and managed to wedge it into one of the driving wheels.
On my Pure i9.1 the insides of the wheels are sealed where as the outsides have a narrow gap near the tire.
Please check if you can turn the wheels manually and inspect the gap for hairs etc (the wheel next to the side brush is more prone to this type of congestion).
A standard vacuum cleaner might come in handy to clean out the gap.
If the wheel is truly stuck and needs excessive force to be turned you should have your robot serviced.
