Robot stopped connecting ting to my phone. Not sure what to do. The wifi icon is flashing.
It seems this question might belong under Connection Issues. So I have asked again there.
The flashing icon means that the robot knows what network it is trying to connect to (i.e. it has successfully been set up previously) but that it can not connect to the cloud server at the moment. Start by checking the local wifi network the robot was connected to, then see if that wifi network has internet connectivity. If that is all OK, then the problem is somewhere else on the internet between you and the electrolux server. In that case, give it a little time and the connection should be restored. There is a team monitoring these connections.
