How is Electrolux present in the forum?

Browsing and participating in this discussion forum,
I rarely see comments from Electrolux.
Many issues mentioned here could easily be clarified by Electrolux.
But, I seldom see any comitment.

In general I find Electrolux to be very difficult to communicate with.

  • After sending a robot to service, not much happens...
  • After sending emails asking questions, no response is returned...
  • After asking simple questions here in the forum... no response is given
  • A ordinary email address and/or telephone number is extremely difficult to find
  • People who are asked to return phone calls, don’t...
  • When asked for the name of someone in management, it is refused...
  • Etc, etc...

The words ”arrogance” and ”incompetence” come to mind.

Does Electrolux expert customers to come back for more products
when ordinary communication fails time after time?

We are always striving to improve our customer experience, whether it is through our community or customer support. However, there might be instances that some messages falls through the crack.     I have a vacuum cleaner with hose and base vacuum. How do I get the base bit to work.

    Glen, this forum is only for robotic vacuums.

    Agree. Bought the robot pure i 9.2 animal and it will not connect to the app. Call after call with helpline only to hear that I should reset router, robot and computer. Did that 10 times. Used other phone, used IPAD. It says that it can not find the robot. Defeats the purpose of the whole 1199 $ thing.

    last call advise was: change it for a new robot as less than 7 days old. Did that. Same misery. I think firmware in this new robot needs updated. In any case it is useless. Will use their promotion to bring it back in 60 days and go back to a decent brand. Electrolux should make fridges, not fobots.

    My 9.2 works great for a year. Try updating the firmware as you suggest. There have been issues with that in the past fixed via firmware.
