2 Pure i9s and 4 sets of batteries so far...

I bought 2 of these Pure i9s 7 months ago. As a vacuum, they work great but I’ve now replaced the batteries 2 times in each robot. There is something very wrong with the charging setup. I kid you not, we setup the first robot 4 weeks before the second robot, the batteries died in the second robot 4 weeks after they died in the first robot. The same has repeated itself today, the batteries have died again in the second robot 4 weeks and 1 day after they died in the first robot!

Electrolux, its great that you replaced the batteries under warranty each time, but what’s happen once the warranty expires? And what are you doing about the charging setup?
