My Pure i9 is two months old and yesterday on return to the charging station, it did not sit properly. Now there is no power at all to the unit. Would appreciate some help.
Sorry for the the problem.
Check that the adapter is plugged in to a working electrical outlet and that the other end is plugged into the charging base. Clean the connector under the robot and on the charging base. If you place the robot in the charging base it should start. If it doesn't start, please contact a servcie center.
