Cannot use the app on my iPhone anymore

Hi,
I have used that app on my Iphone for a long time. A few weeks ago I also activated the app on my iPad, so that I could always control the robot from home.

The last couple of weeks I have not been able to use the app on my iPhone any longer. Sometimes, the app can see the robot, but not any data, only start it.

The app on my iPad works most of the time, and there I can see the map and the historic data.

The two screenshots are taken at the same time on the two devices.

Can you assist me?

  • fredrik_p_se, did you re onboard the robot on the iPad? If you did then the iPhone Won't have contact anymore. If so, on the iPhone go in to robot settings and switch robot to your robot. (not re onboarding)

    I don’t really understand what you mean by onboarding and re onboarding. To cut to the chase, Should it be possible to get all information and control from two devices?

  • Yes, you can log in on several devices and control your robot from any of them. but if you have the robot onboarded on one device you should not onboard again on another device, just log in to the App.
