E:23 error after two months not using the robot

Hi,

After 2 months away from the house, the Pure i9 displays an E:23 error code. The robot's charger was not plugged in during that time.
I tried to access the device's logs but it wouldn't mount on my computer as a storage device.

Any ideas?

    Did you long long press the play button until the display showed OFF when you unplugged the wall adapter?

    E23 indicates a battery problem. Please check that the battery connectors is plugged in correctly. If you still get E23, please contact your service center for help.
