Hey I bought this PUREi9 vacuumer but I just can't connect my robot to Wi-Fi.
App says that I need connect to 3Dvision on my phone but it not showing up on the Wi-Fi list.
Have the same problem. The i9 does not handle 5ghz wifi, and I guess you as I have a phone that can not handle 2,4..
First day with it and it does not start.
I have a OnePlus 6, with latest Android, No way for me to go to 2,4ghz.

I bought my second Purei9 last year and have not been able to connect it - fails at Wi-Fi password. Have tried periodically over months. My first Purei9’s batteries failed - I have ordered new ones but not got them yet.
I was pleased to see a new app release but Electrolux app advises that I need to install and connect using the Well-being app to update the firmware. And I have the same issue. I’ve tried on my iPhone and iPad. Error message I get is wrong Wi-Fi password. I have tested password and it is correct and devices are connected to same Wi-Fi.
