Has been on charge for a couple of days and tried to connect to the app but now has this error code.
Try taking them out and plugging them back in. Maybe they are poorly seated.
Yeah I tried that but same problem, I have now returned it to the store for a replacement, they tested it also and same problem. It was a battery malfunction.
Same problem, but with a newly arrived rental. Need to get in touch with support, but I wonder why they didn't spend 10 seconds spotting the error when connecting it to the charger unit...
@StenR , not sure, but maybe it got damaged in shipping. We run an end-of-line test at the factory, actually running the robot.
Hi, brand new robot - just put on charge and it’s flashing E21 along with battery, ! and play/pause symbol. Does this mean batteries bad on this one as well?
@nicolaf, yes, most likely. Please send the robot to service. They should be able to easily help you.
