Problems with maps and notifications

Hi,
My vaccum has never given me a report on the cleaning. I never see any maps in the app. And i have never gotten a notification from the robot. Seems like it just will not communicate with the app, the only thing i can do from the app is to start it. Whats the problem?

  • First I would check that both the robot and the app have the latest software.

    If you have the latest software and the robot still does not upload maps, I would onboard it again. Onboarding is done by opening the app:
    1. Open the "Hamburger menu" top left
    2. Select Robot Settings
    3. Select switch robot
    4. Setup new robot and follow the instructions.
