The robot pushes dirt in front of it

DoppskoDoppsko Member

My robot works generally well, even after the latest update. No trouble finding around, avoiding obstacles and finding homes again. But, I think it's bad to clean the floors. It seems to be too low so it often pushes the dirt in front of it. It leaves dirt in corners or when the robot is picked up. Is this normal? Can the height be adjusted?

    Hi Doppsko,
Check if your main brush is rotating. It could be a problem with the brush. If the brush is not rotating when the robot work you will unfortunately need to get it fixed by our service workshop. Please give support a call on the number in the application they will help you out

Checked the brush and it dosn't spin
. When i removed the grill/cover the brush started to rotate slowly. The rotation torque is very weak. I checked the brush drive wheel for dirt but it looks ok.
