My pure i9.2 robot was working fine until upgrading to firmware 42.19
After the update it is acting in an awkward way and outside the usual cleaning pattern, now it never does a complete cleaning, right after starting it is stuck in a corner of the map running, and always returning to the same place. After a while the battery runs out or it returns to the starting location and informs that the cleaning is complete (without even cleaning 10% of the map)
As I'm pretty sure the problem is the firmware, I'd like to go back to using version 42.18
So I want to know where I can download the .BIN file to install ?
Can we expect to remote control the purei9 with the app? Like the Neato d7
Once I've updated my app, can you publish the update?
The description posted in the version history of the App Store is dissatisfied because there are many explanations such as the following, and it is not specific.
"We always do our best to ensure smooth features and a beautiful appearance. “
Please tell me how I can purchase replacement batteries in the USA.
This devise appears to lack any meaningful product support by Electrolux. I have tried.
Tech support phone goes unanswered. Tech support outgoing message refers me to a web site that has parts, but no batteries. Email support desk that does not handle i9. They referred me to vacuum cleaner support, that does not handle i9.
All very nice and seemingly competent people. But no support.
I have been getting bounced around by Electrolux tech support for over a month and still have no idea where replacement batteries may be purchased.
We recently bought pure a9. The device work perfectly, but every time it connects to wifi and try to get an address it briefly steal the IP address of the router.
This is quite bad implementation of DHCP.
Is there a way how to submit this for fix?
